Estates and Facilities

The Estates & Facilities department is primarily responsible for the overall management of the University of Glamorgan’s estates.

This involves the maintenance of all sites and buildings, as well as the strategic development of the estate where capital building projects – such as new builds and refurbishments – are undertaken as part of the university’s long-term development plan.
